    Do you handle dry cleaning, comforters, and special items?

    Yes. Comforters and duvets are priced as bulky items (Comforter $35, Blanket $20, Pillow $20), separate from per-pound wash and fold. Dry cleaning is picked up alongside your wash and fold (one bag, both services). Specialty items like leather and formalwear are inspected at intake.

    Do you handle alterations or tailoring?

    For simple fixes (buttons, basic mending, or hems where you already have measurements), drop them at our Murray Hill store and we'll route them through our tailor partner. For anything that needs a fitting or measuring — suits, dresses, formalwear — please visit our partner tailor directly at 202 East 31st Street, one block from our Murray Hill store. They handle all complex alteration work in person.
