The minimum for laundry is 15 lbs (smaller loads may be picked up, but you’ll be charged for 15 lbs).

The minimum for dry clean only orders is $30.

Most orders are completed within 24–48 hours across Manhattan.

You’ll receive a text message when your order is ready. You can also track the status of your order on our app.

All wash & fold laundry is cleaned in-house at our Manhattan facility for consistent quality and care.

No, it’s not necessary but it should be arranged with the store the specific location and ensure our drivers have access. For doorman buildings, your laundry can be left with your doorman. We will not deliver any laundry unattended unless approved by you first.

No we don’t. All our alterations are currently done by Janet, our neighbor tailor down the block.

We offer pickup and delivery across most of Manhattan below 110th Street.

Yes. We recommend bringing such items to our store locations for an inspection as some items may not be safe to clean. Typical turnaround will be 3 weeks or longer especially during the summer.

We will grant all of your personal laundry requests within reason. If your inquiries are complex, please call us.

Yes! You receive $15 credit once their orders are completed and your friends and family receive 20% off their first order. All you need to do is share your unique link or promo code with them. Your unique promo code and order link can be found in the app or you can ask us to look it up for you.
